firewall to F404 spar bulkhead

is the stock van's F413 adequate to establish the relationship between the firewall and 'main'/spar F404 bulkhead? i.e. distance and angle of the 404 with respect to firewall.

plane power alternator plug

anyone have source for plane power alternator connector? one of the distributors wanted 90$ for p/n 11-1010, harness assembly. that's a lot for a $2 plug and a few feet of wire.

gas cap and spar taper pins

anyone have part number/vendor for the old fuselage tank's gas cap? and spar taper pin p/n? AN386? van's indicated they have no data for either part.

am resurrecting an older plane that was built with the taper pins for spar assembly. any idea on a part number for these? van's only indicates that the drawings specify NAS bolts since the mid-1980s.

HR2 main longerons

Harmon drawing shows main longerons are a wee bit longer than stock RV4. 168 v. 172 or something. also don't see longeron bending detail in Harmon dwgs. How are these things sorted?

fuselage jig

harmon builders- -

did you use the HR plans steel fuselage jig, or modify an RV-X jig to those dimensions? Any concerns with using a wood jig (left over from a few rv projects).
