Circle

After your thorough preflight, circle the airport after take off for a good 10 minutes or so. If anything goes wrong or doesn't feel right the runway is right below you.

Common problem

This happens to a lot of us including me. In my opinion Vans needs to redesign it's leading edge wing ribs. I had to bend/narrow my ribs by nearly 1/8". A SERIOUS PITA.

Propeller drive lugs

My Whirlwind propeller requires that 2 of the drive lugs on the flywheel (starter ring) be flush. Is there a tool for removing/replacing drive lugs?

OK, so sounds like a progressive switch that is off, Nav on, Nav and Strobes on would work. Then maybe a separate switch for wig-wag and one for landing lights? So a total of 3 switches. Thoughts?

I used the "hit with a hammer" type dimpler, and I placed it in the middle of my bench only when I needed it. Seemed to work-out just fine.
