If the bores are LIGHTLY pitted they can be cleared up with a small cylinder hone. If they're deeper you might end up replacing them. Only way to really check on the results after rework is to reseal...

This gentleman already has a Dynon D180 in the panel so he chose to go with the Dynon components since his panel space is limited. I'll give my local avionics guru a call tomorrow about the clamp....

Torque tube clamp for autopilot roll servo

Looks like other aircraft have used similar setups. These are used to attach the roll servo pushrod to the 1 1/2" aileron torque tube in the belly. Installing one for a buddy and like this setup....
