Steve was 100% correct. The internal audio needs to be turned off to work with an audio panel. Which turns off the bluetooth function. Lesson learned!

Just because your RV has a cockpit like a 777 doesn’t mean it has those capabilities. Safety is paramount when flying IFR. Most IFR pilots have some form of in cockpit weather....
