Cowling inlet ducts affect on cooling?

The upper cowl of my -8 does not have them installed, and I am experiencing high CHT's on #2 in the climb. I am wondering what kind of temp decrease I might experience if I go back and install them....

Do you have the multi voltage Aeroleds? Allegedly they are ďnoisierĒ that the single voltage. Aeroled offers an upgrade program for these lights.

This is also true. I find the wiring to be simple, but confusing due to the number of wires, and different wiring colors.

These are Aeroled nav/strobes, so there are 3 wires. Power for the nav, power for the strobe, a sync, and a ground.

Iíll have to look into the B lead. I think this connects to the VPX.
