Fred,. these are the ones I am running.

18MM FLAT SEAT X 14MM FLAT SEAT (SHORT),

Just replace the included automotive crush spark plug washer with a copper washer.

Hiding fuel lines on a taildragger

If you install Classic Aero Designs, Sportsman 2 side panels, they cover up that fuel line. Plus the pockets come in very handy.

Bump out

I believe this is the bump out for #3 cylinder that RWARRE is referring to.
I put one on my -7 when making the baffles. NO hot #3 CHT. It works.

Saber crush plate

I just went thru this. Remove prop, knock out the 2 dowel pins that locate the Sensenich spacer to the back of the prop. In order to fit the Saber prop extension, the 6 holes in the spinner rear...

Interior question

At the minimum, you will need to move the wiring that is in the nylon spiral wrap to parallel the vent tubing. Then along the floor, you may have to trim the bottom of your Classic Aero trim panel...

Finally !

After 18 years of building, I flew my RV-7 today. First flight was 2.0 hrs., with the coaching and experience of Terry Lutz as my CFI/APP. Followed by 1.2 hrs. solo after checking under the cowling....

Gear leg diameter

Had to look up jubilee clip.
My gear legs measured 34.69 mm diameter at the top where the jubilee clip holds the gear leg fairing on.
