Yes. I had the wings off on my 9A many times while it was on the gear. Im sure the 7A is the same. It is a PITA and I would not want to do it, but it can be done.

First Flight today

My friend had the first flight today in my plane. He said it flew straight and true. No issues. #3 cylinder was a bit warm but never got over 400. They will start flying the EAA test cards off now....
