My B&C regulator was factory set at 14.2 and produced that. The PC 680 was happpy charged at 12.6ish and the earthx 680 sits charged at 13.3 from same alternator. So what am I missing ?

Thanks Ross, the switch was the missing link in my concern for isolation. This puts EFI slightly ahead of mechanical injection ( in my judgement) because you cannot reasonably employ two servos.

I just laminated roll stock under polyethylene with compression. Thickness is about .060" and weight is 1.5 gram per square inch ( fully saturated with resin ) ie shiny both sides.

The bottom line, all my leads are in spec after 250 hours use. Here are lessons learned:

Well I did the math again using RV4 arms from Vans manual. In general terms, 150lb pax would be equivalent to 29 lb tail weight yet produce the same CG. But, ( my bad in prior post) the w x r^2...
