Not really. The small parts are easy. No reason to pay for new ones. Split them if necessary. Cleko in place. Apply some glass to hold shape. Remove. Fill the split inside with flox and glass over....

Sounds like you may be over thinking it.
If you shine a light on a factory sheared edge, you'll see the sgear marks. A few passes with a Vixen file will remove them leaving a mirror shine reflection....

Basically yes. I used the F759 Inside Canopy Skirt as a bonding point. Not sure how thick the Sika was but definately not 1/8". F759 was riveted every other hole leaving the others for clekos to hold...

There is a bead along the side holding the canopy to the frame. I used the inner piece. Long piece of board will hold it till the Sika cures. Some leave it off and use a large bead of Sika to hold it...

On the 7, leading edge holes are pre-punched. The overlap is designed. Maybe 1/4".
Ideally, the bend is done so there is very little tension. Make sure to break edges so the lay down flat.
