Reading some of the posters on this thread leaves...

Reading some of the posters on this thread leaves me with the feeling that if I accidentally exceed VNe, then I deserve the consequences. The reason why I got a 7 kit was its ability for aerobatics....

The size of the countersink does not matter, use whatever fits. What does matter is the degree. You can get them in 82, 90, and 100 degree. Aviation uses mostly 100 degree hardware.

If the pin attaching the upper portion of the stick is installed correctly, it will not come out by itself. This is an example like a lot of others of a builder error becoming a service bulletin.
