Also, as infrequently as we use these, take the battery out so it doesn't gum up like they do when left long periods....my A&P turned me on to that gem when I bought a new one.

Catto has his own torques for the prop that definitely have to do with the prop. IIRC...

It once hit me so strongly on short final had I not firewalled the throttle we would have slammed into the ground. Suvivable I think, with good seat cushions...but the plane would have been a mess.
