Floating on landing is to much speed. Need to go out and get comfortable with slower speeds. Do a bunch of stalls at landing speeds etc. OH ya don't be afraid of adding power if sinking to much.

Ah! why go to so much trouble. I bought a flying RV-6A and somebody used electrical tape to hold it on. Well at least they used it in two places. Just don't use duct tape. It gets gooey after awhile....

The only reason I use it is to tell me I've been there and done with it. I agree it is really worthless for guaranteeing that the bolt is still tight.
