I agree with above post. This mod is just not worth it. Wing tips very rarely come off and when they do itís a very quick job with power screwdriver.

Not on all the Whirlwind props. I hate safety wiring my 200RV prop so checked with WW about using Nordlocks instead. They did not recommend them. Not sure of the reasoning.

Oil will commonly come out of the breather tube during flight whenever you have more than about 6 quarts or so. Stop topping it off and let it get down to 5 or 5.5 quarts before adding more.
