I pre painted my canopy frame before assembly and tinted my epoxy to match my interior colors so the only canopy gaskets I waited to install after paint were ones on the sides behind the pivot points.

The simplest thing to check is for shims under the white latch block on the roll bar. If there are any, try removing one to give more clearance with the latch. Itís secured with three screws.
