Hangar space at TPF?
 

Anybody have any hangar space at Peter O Knight (KTPF) airport that can fit an RV-7A for a few days? We'll be parked there for 2 nights (this Saturday/Sunday 4/6-7) visiting my sister on our way to Turks and Caicos with Rosie and crew.

There is a large community hanger there that may accomodate you for a modest nightly fee.

Great little airport on the south side of Tampa with a beautiful all water approach for 04 if you get a NE wind.



Departure provides a great view of Downtown.

I RONd there for 2 nights several weeks ago. I agree with above. I enjoyed the service and used the community hangar. I filled up with them and they waived my second night hangar fee.

Just watch out for C-17 traffic
 

at Peter O'knight --- Air Force occasionally mistakes its 3000 ft runway for McDill Air Force Base.
