Data for standard temperature and pressure

In the course of testing my -6A project, I have gathered stall speeds, approximate takeoff and landing distances, and will be gathering a number of data points around climb performance. However, none of these flights have taken place at standard temperature (15 ?C / 59 ?F) or pressure (29.92).

Is there an established method for translating data at nonstandard temps/pressures to standard? My goal is to produce a set of performance charts for my POH similar to what you might find in the POH for a factory aircraft.
