Is Palatka considered North or Central Florida for VAF purposes?

I'm based at Palatka, and while I don't know how it is defined for VAF, it is considered in north central Florida:

If I had to choose north or central for VAF, I would opt for north.

North works for me. Guess we should exit this thread.......&=)
