RSA fuel injection model numbers

Obviously there are different models of the RSA-5AD1 (Bendix) fuel injection servo for the O-360.
Looking at Lycoming's part catalog and Precision's website I've found numbers like "2524054-11" or "2524147-13" for example. What's the difference? Is there any (guess so)?

I'm currently converting my O-360A4M from carb to FI. It has vertical induction and standard 180hp.

There are many parts list numbers that will operate a 360 Lycoming. The Basic P/L 2524464 is the setting (calibration) the P/L number 2524054, 2524132 etc for the 469 basic is giving the configuration (levers, location of fuel inlet and outlet) for the unit. So in your case any Basic P/L 2524469 RSA-5 will operate your engine. P/L 2524147 was originally certified for an IO-360-B1B, B1F, HIO-360-B1B and an AEIO-360-B4A. P/L 2524054 was originally certified for IO-360-A1A, A1B6, A3B6, A1B6D, A1C, A2A, A2B, A3B6D, AEIO-360-A1A, A1B and the IO-540C1B5, C1C5, D4A5, D4B5, D4A5. Both P/L are 2524469 Basic, so the calibration of the two units are the same. Either would run your O-360-A4M.

Hope that helps.

Will an RSA-5AD1 that is calibrated for a 200HP motor (like an angle valve IO-360) work OK on a 180HP motor (like a parallel valve O-360) without being recalibrated?

Yes

Thanks Don! I appreciate your answer.

As do I. I picked up a 2524054-9 servo and was wondering about the different sets of numbers, which seem to be as numerous as Lycoming engine model numbers.
