Wow! My new, stolen computer background!

Thanks,

Yeah, I know, it's not a sexy RV picture. But the moment I saw it, the moment I realized I had my inspiration for a "paint-and-polish" scheme for the RV-7A. One I can actually afford, even if it's a lot of work. Just replace the "195" with "RV-7A".

Wadda mean not as cool? The thread is best Oshkosh picture, not necessarily best airplane pictures. :D

The calm before or after the storm(s). My cheap tent fared pretty well.

I took some dawn pics over a sea of RVs in HBC ... I took in-flight pics of some beautiful warbirds ... I took pics of some beautiful RVs ...

but the pic that made the trip worthwhile is this one:

Family time

I have been flying with Team RV for six years and this is the first time my daughter and my grandchildren, Kaden and Julie got to see the show.

Very nice video! I can only imagine how much practice it takes to get that good.

My first time in a Tri-Motor -- really cool. Add a few seaplanes -- what's not to like.

What a great OSH 2012!

I can't follow the rules very well with only one picture.

Loved all the Cubs and loved flying with my friends and here are a couple of pictures of us leaving Oshkosh on Sunday after a great week there. My 10 month old (Emily) loved looking out the window.

rockwoodrv9 07-31-2012 09:52 PM

Scott, those Cubs must have done a group buy on paint! Nice picture of your daughter and wife? looking back at the other RV. Looks like a fun trip.

paint jobs

I really liked the paint jobs on the "American Angel" RV-8 by John & Patti Stahr and the "High Roller" RV-8 by Michael Quatacker.

please add to nose-tail art

Please add to the nose/tail art thread. These two planes are definitely worthy of that thread.

The only guy who could find his plane after leaving it was the guy with the RED ONE!
