VAF Forums - Great experience with LSE

Hi all:

Last week we did the first engine start of my new RV-7 (Aerosport IO-375, dual Lightspeed EI units). The new engine ran super EXCEPT for the fact that it was running on only one EI system. After two days of trouble-shooting (just assuming I goofed up the wiring) and a call to Klaus at LSE, we narrowed it down to the #2 Plasma III CD computer. Sent it back to LSE via Fed Ex overnight. It arrived at his shop last Thursday at noon (PDT). About 2 hours later, I get a call Jenny at LSE saying it was fixed and will be out of the shop by the close of business. Today it arrived via Express Mail. Re-installed it in the airplane and everything runs like a Swiss watch. Thanks to Klaus and all at LSE for an amazingly quick turn-around.

First flight in a few weeks!!
