Tire preasure
Hi all,
New guy with question regarding nose wheel tire preasure and main wheel tire preasure. What numbers (psi) are you guys using for nose wheel and mains. Thanks Pete RV6A |
35# for all three...............
RV6A |
32 all three. So far so good but no wheel pants yet.

Tire Pressure
-8A. 35 for mains, 30 for nose. 100 hrs. No shimmy
|
RV-7A: 35 mains, 40 nosewheel...
Victor |
I put 45 lb in the main and about 40 in the nose gear. It makes it moving back to the hanger much easier and no sheemy in the main. The nose gear has more to do with the condition of the taxi way and my speed but generally very little.

Thanks guys. appreciate your help

I run 40 in the mains and 40-45 in the nose.

Maybe I'll increase the pressure in mine. It's a bear to push uphill into the hanger at 32lbs.
