Jay, About the only way I have found to "spell check" is to highlight the text. Hit the "Ctrl" (control) and "C" keys at the same time to copy. Then open "Word" and paste ("Control" and "V" keys at the same time). Do the Spell Check on Word. Copy the corrected text and go back to the forum and paste. George
