Aviation Events in Southeastern PA 6/11-12
 

Hey everyone! Just thought I'd make a special post to let everyone know about all the aviation related happenings next weekend (6/11-12) in Southeastern Pennsylvania!

In Lancaster County we have 2 large events taking place only a few miles from one another. First on Saturday 6/11 there is the EAA 540 Fly/Drive-in breakfast at Smoketown Airport (S37). This fly-in is always well attended with lots of activities other than just breakfast. http://www.eaa540.org/

Second, Lancaster airport (KLNS) is hosting the 1st annual Amish Country Tail Dragger Fly-in also on Saturday 6/11! If you want some great food and desserts and to hang out with fellow tail draggers then this promises to be an awesome event! http://www.lancasterairport.com/Comm...8/Default.aspx

Finally in Chester County PA New Garden Airport (N57) is hosting a 2 day airshow on Saturday and Sunday (which means you can go to the other events on Saturday and the airshow Sunday)! This airshow is always pretty impressive for a smaller sized airport. Lots of RV guys and other homebuilders are in the area so I'm sure you might see some VAF hats in the area (including mine). Team RV will perform at the Ocean City, MD beach on Saturday and Sunday.

Yeah I'm pretty bummed that I work on Sunday and have to miss it :mad:

You don't know about what time you guys will be performing on Saturday do you? If it's later in the afternoon I might be able to swing it
