Somehow in the 6-year build of my -8A I managed to misplace the bag with the female Whelen wingtip and tail female strobe connectors. Left a voicemail with Whelen customer service saying all I needed was the 3 female connectors - could theu help? Got a call back within 5 minutes and less than 5 minutes later the connectors are on their way to me - free of charge.

I'll be a Whelen customer for life.

After 5 years and 500 hours of flawless performance, my strobes went inop. I sent the power supply unit in and called a week later to find out what the $-damage would be. They said it had malfunctioned and a few parts were replaced. I asked what the repair cost would be and they said, "only 500-hours, no charge." Keep in mind they have an advertised 1-year warrantee. I didn't even have to pay return shipping! Whelan is a great company that stands behind their products.
