Van's standard tailwheel - any relation to Scott Tailwheel?
 

I'm looking for a tailwheel adapter for my PowerTow, and they have one that they call a Scott Tailwheel Adapter. Is there any relation between a Scott tailwheel (which must be somewhat ubiquitous for PowerTow to have specified it explicitly) and the standard Van's RV-6 tailwheel?
