Kudos to CPO-Bosch
 

Based on feedback from VAF, I purchased a refurb'd Bosch PS20-2 from CPO Bosch.

As luck would have it, the "reverse" quit working during the 1st real use of the drill. A call to CPO to explain the situation and I had a prepaid FedEx emailed to me. They also informed me that PS20-2's were on back order and that it would take a couple of weeks to get me a replacement.

This AM, FedEx showed up with a brand spanking new unit! Now that's customer service!
