Fine wire spark plugs

Hello, running LOP with 1 EI & 1 magneto, has anyone got experience using Fine wire electrode spark plugs to extend the lean limit? Thanks, Peter

Why would you want to?

Based on he GAMI stuff, you get no benefit from running leaner than about 35-50 deg G on the lean side of peak. Yes you can go farther, but according to them you will not benefit.

I do use fine wire plugs and I think they give me a slightly more dependable spark with my two standard mags.

Peter,
Automotive NGK or Denso Iridium fine wire are the way to go. He is a link to my site to do a mag harness converstion to use auto plugs http://www.g3ignition.com/magmod.html
