I'm curious as to why you went with the trainer pain scheme. Any particular reason?

Nice paint scheme reminds me of a t34 mentor

Thanks, we were copying the T34. The paint scheme for N912PS is copied from the T34B. Mark Burns painted his RV7A with a scheme copied from the T34C. Our hangers are adjacent to each other and we fly in loose trail formation frequently.

More than one person has thought our planes were Navy trainers instead of the Van's aircraft design.

Sorry to bring back an old thread but I noticed this plane is sitting here at KSGS and I always take note when an RVer comes to town.

Just was curious what brings it in.

Very late reply

Bob,
I was visiting a friend in Afton. KSGS was a great airport. Fond memories.
