I've never done it, but I hear that the bushings press out using 2 sockets and a big G clamp. Some one who has installed a Lightspeed ignition crankcase pick-up on an engine after assembly might be able to help.

You can get the bushings from a salvage yard or direct from a company like ECI or Lycoming. Any shop that does crankshaft work will also have them.

ECI provides the same bushings. Depending on which ones, they cost from $19 to $32 each. Go to the following URL and use the Lycoming part number to find the correct ECI part number and price. They use the same number with a suffix, in most cases.

The bushungs can be removed / installed using a bolt, C clamp and large socket. (The bolt would be optional.) Your A&P should know how to do this.

5/8 X 7/16 prop drive lug

I am in the need of the same bushings, 5/8 X 7/16. What would the Lycoming part# be for them? The Lycoming parts manual I have just gives the number not the size. Also does the indexing lug require a different number? Or do you buy them as a set. I plan on putting them on an O-235-C1.
I think I found what I want here. http://www.geocities.com/sabermfg/Prices.html
Thanks in advance
