mounting lightspeed ignition in a -8
 

I'm trying to plan ahead where I'm going to mount the LSE plasma 2+ ignition control box. In the RV-8, things are tight. I had seen one guy mount his above the electric fuel pump just in front of the gear tower? Does anyone have a picture of this type of install? Any other mounting location pictures would also be appreciated.

This is where I mounted mine. I have 4 hours on the airplane and with that limited amount of flying, I can tell you that I haven't had any issues with this installation.

Mounted mine same place as "Papa"...
 

And its worked fine for 460+ hrs.
