Where can I find the correct prop bolt torque for a new Hartzell?

You find it in the Hartzell manual that comes in the box with the prop.

What model Hartzell do you have? I can look in my Hartzell manual.

The table on page 307 of my Hartzell Propeller Owner's Manual, dated September 2000, lists the torque for the prop mounting studs as 60-70 ft-lbs. This value is applicable to K and R flange props (yours is an R flange - C2YR-1BF). The torque value for other types of flanges is different.
