Fort Worth Spinks (KFWS) Fly-In
 

The Spinks Fall Fly-in is being held Saturday, November 10th, from 0800 to 1400.

I had lunch with the airport manager last week and told him about Doug's call-in number. He called in and left an audio invitation specifically for us. RVs are quite welcome at Spinks, and it really is a nice facility.

There will be a number of vintage aircraft, Control Tower tours, and FREE FOOD!

Rumor also has it that some aviation celebrities are also going to be in attendance; providing autographs.

I'll sign anything....but it's value will probably go down :). Looking fwd to the event - love free food.

Is anybody else planning to attend? I look forward to meeting some local RV folks in person, and seeing a bunch of great RVs!

Sorry I can't make it. I will be at Nellis Air Force Base NV to enjoy the 60th anniversary of the Air Force air show. It should be a blast. I just hope Builder Doll doesn't lose all my lunch money in the casinos of Las Vegas.
