Does anyone have any information on the Gentle Landings Airpark in Roberta, Georgia?

I believe it used to be called the Roberta Industrial Airpark.

I'm starting to look 10 or more years down the road, and this location would be nice from a central location for family. Just wondering if anyone else has information on the Airpark.
