I would have no problem paying the same amount for a digital download as for the printed version.

I tried the same, but no, not available.
Shipping was expensive (story of our live, on this side of the world) so I ordered a bunch of them and shared with a few builders here.

I still have one set left. I can ship it to Sweden if you want.
