How to remove baked on intake gaskets?

What are your favorite methods and tools for removing baked on cylinder intake gaskets?

Those little buggers are hard as a rock and the access is somewhat limited!

Thanks for the help.

I tend to use a razor blade. a sharp putty knife will also work. If not comfortable with that, agressive solvents will soften it up a bit, but still need something to scrape it off with.
