Extra hole in aileron parts
 

Ok after talking to some fellow builders and doing a search it is time to start this thread.

You can see in the picture that the aileron spar and main skin have an extra hole to identify the bottom (it is NOT in the leading edge skin though). Ok cool. However, does this hole get left open as it seems like there is no way to set a rivet in it? I ask because I thought leaving holes open was bad form. What did you all do here?

I just left it open and built on.

Also just left it open.

Also left it open... Consider it a tooling whole that conveniently tells you what side goes down.

Thanks for the replies guys. I assumed leave it open but wanted to see what others have done. Also surprised this one hasn't been asked before. Have a great Christmas Eve!
