Carb & Mag Rebuilds
 

Can the braintrust here suggest places to send my MA4-5 and Slick Mag to be rebuilt? I would like to be able to talk to the actual person that does this stuff. Most everyone I've contacted are basically a broker and send them out.

Not sure about mags, but definitely give D&G supply in Niles, MI a call. I've had them do an MA-3 carb and they just redid my entire FI system for the 8. Came back beautiful and they saved me a bunch of money doing an experimental overhaul vs a certified one (which they can also do if you want.)

Never had a lick of trouble from the carb.

I sent my Slicks to Maxwell's Magnetos in FL. Great service.

He?s still at it? Awesome! Ted rebuilt my carb (MA4-5) back in 2006. 12+ years and almost 1600 hours later it?s still running great, no issues.
