Sensenich props are stronger than they look....
 

Apparently an RV-6 ran up the asre of a Tecnam at the avgas bowser at Wangaratta last week. Then refuelled and took off again. :eek: WTF?? Photos (not mine, so won't repost here) show the right HS of the Tecnam destroyed, several dents in the left skin of the -6 and a few scratches on the prop.

Front page news in the local paper with the photos doing the rounds of the RecFlying forums...

Further to that Rob the guy had only just restored the Tecnam and it was outside the Aero club waiting to go on it's first flight since being restored. Make you want to cry.
