Hi Butch

The Legacy cruises at 220 knots has a 6 cylinder IO-520 continental, it?s depressing to fly with as I just get left behind.

Most of the strips we landed on are either compressed gravel or dirt, there are very few grass strips in Western Australia as it just too dry, most of the strips have been setup to accommodate the Royal flying doctor services as most areas are very remote, so the strips generally tend to be at least 800-1200m in length and where no problem for the Legacy.

Cheers
