Looking for a formula
 

This is a little fuzzy but here goes: A number of years ago (5'ish) , somebody posted a formula that corrected TAS based upon the weight of the airplane.

For example: At 65% power, the formula predicted TAS regardless if the plane was full of gas or with a few gallons remaining or something along those lines. Anybody remember that?
