Spruce Creek Visit on Aug 13-14

I will be visiting the Daytona Beach area from Aug 13-18 and have some free time on Sunday Aug 13 in the afternoon and all day on Monday Aug 14. I'm building an -8 in Virginia and would love to connect with some RVers there. Please let me know if I can pick your brain, buy you lunch, and maybe buy you some Avgas...

Sorry that I did not read your post until now (Monday, August 8th). I am heading out of town after lunch for the rest of the week. I won't be able to host your visit. Our runway is closed for resurfacing and not much is going on for last and this week. Wish you a pleasant time in the area. Next time when you come to visit please send me a pm and I will be glad to show you around.

Runway is open again flew over it today and saw a few planes come and go

Runway resurfacing completed ahead of schedule (opened late Friday afternoon, 8-18-2017). I came back on Saturday night and flew on Sunday morning.
Runway numbers changed from 5-23 to 6-24.
