IFR cert needed in Destin FL
 
My plane is due for its IFR certification and I would like to have it done while I am in Destin FL later this week. Does anyone know of a person or shop in that area I could call?

Defuniak, Fl. Monarch Aviation. But he is real busy and you would need an appointment.
