Air Conditioner Problem
 

I found myself almost asleep Thursday night when my dear bride abruptly wakes me up with..Hey! The air conditioner is making a funny sound outside.

I was in no frame of mind to discuss it.

Just shut it off. I said :mad:

Woke up little after 530am the house was still fairly cool but was time to take a look.

About 10 min with an electrical meter and a few tests showed the condenser fan motor was dead.



Few minuets later had the motor out.



So I tossed the motor in the work truck to go find a replacement.





$167 later I had the replacement





Curbside delivery is convenient



By ~930am was blowing cold air again. Momma is happy

Cool!

i was trying to follow the story, but i was more interested in that good looking RV10.

After you've built an RV-10, how difficult can an HVAC problem be, right? Piece of cake! :cool:
