Where for lumch
 

Looking for a good place to fly my wonderful wife for her first $150 burger within 150 miles of X35 Dunnellon Fl. Her first time to land away from X35. Thanks for the help

Winter Haven (KGIF) has a nice restaurant in the terminal bldg. closed on Mondays.

+1 for KGIF. Sweet potato fries and sweet tea. So good.

KVNC also is a nice flight and has a beach front restaurant nearby.

cedar key. good food, on the water, SHOPPING!
you only have to wow her on the landing.

Cedar Key is nice but you live so close you have probably been there plenty. If you want a little wow factor you might want to take her to (SPG) Albert Whitted airport in downtown St. Pete. The tower guys are nice and the good restaurant is right at the ramp. You can do quite a bit of sightseeing along the beaches which always keeps the ladies happy and even go for a walk in the downtown area.

Okeechobee Airport
 

KOBE has a nice restaurant co-located with the FBO. Good country home cooking.

I'm with SuperDave. SPG is a great place for lunch. Fly West around the Bravo and get a great view of the beaches.

Williston
 

Williston has a nice caf? on the field. Nice place too.

also, the Dali museum is right next to the FBO at SPG.

Not only the for restaurant on the field but close to many others as well as a short walk to the Dali Museum. (Highly recommended)
