Took advantage of some nice weather between storms to launch skyward in the RV-8 today!

The snowy landscape south of Denver. The snowcapped peak in the distance is Longs Peak. Downtown Denver is below it and slightly to the right, but very hard to see in the photo.



I just received a Garmin Virb XE Aviation Bundle as a gift but still need to figure out how to mount it in the 8. Next flight!

I think you flew right over my house. Is that HWY 86 down below?

Yes, it is, about 3 miles west of Elizabeth.
