Video from 10 ship in England yesterday. Morning was spent training, and with a land away for lunch. 10 ship fly-by in the afternoon. Video was shot using Virb, mounted on a RAM ball. Editing with Garmin edit s/w - titling is not great! Video from morning trip included cockpit audio, but didn't work pm - not sure why. Overall Virb is probably easier, and provides better video, than Contour+2/N-flightcam. Next I need to sort out phone as a view finder and figure out how to edit with the GPS info included.

I like the overlays with altitude, speed, heading, and trackline in the lower corner. That's pretty nice. Is that on every video or is it selectable? Or does it get added by the software aftewards?

Overlays are added by the Garmin editing software - as are the titles which I clearly haven't mastered yet! There are plenty of options, including heart rate if you have the sensor...
