ADS-B Weather from US Stations near the border

Hi, just wondering if anyone has been successful in picking up ADS-B weather data near the Canadian / US border? Assuming the answer is yes, how far does the weather data extend into Canada or is it 'cropped' at the 49th parallel?

I'm assuming XM is the way to go for weather data in Canada. However, I wanted to check to see how far north the ADS-B weather product extends.

Thanks,

Jeff

ADS-B Range

Jeff,

Using our Pathfinder or Pathfinder Remote at altitudes above 10000', we are able to receive ADS-B towers over 150 Nautical Miles away. You can visit the FAA website for tower locations.

Thanks for your reply Chuck and for the links. 150+NM at 10K is appealing.

I came across an interesting video illustrating why one might have a different
experience when viewing XM weather from both US and Canadian sources:

Does anyone have a pirep for ADS-B weather along the border?

Thanks.
