Colors changing....slowly.
 

We're about three weeks behind "normal" and not changing to the vibriant colors we usually get. Some that were changed last week in my post are already gone. Should peak next week sometime, maybe mid- week could get broken up by weather. Calling for more snow Friday. Might not be the best year for color change, not sure I would suggest coming from a long ways away if it's a once in a life time trip. Some turning brown as soon as the change.

I fly regularly between Sedona, AZ and Montrose, Colorado. This looks like the Uncompaghe Plateau, just south of Montrose, but I'm just guessing.

Hey there Dave, nice pictures. I wish I was back in Colorado to go for a ride with you. Im still stuck out here in Michigan. I went up to Mackinaw Island last weekend and the colors are getting pretty nice here too, but it is not Colorado! Have fun my friend - see you later in the year!
