this is correct. the idea of drilling new holes in bulkhead for the brackets needs to settle. the nice thing about the 14 mount is that it uses existing holes.
another option for the 10 that uses existing bulkhead holes is the wag-aero brackets and tow bar. I believe the wag-aero tow bar with a posilock makes a good traveling bar because it is very compact when stowed. just leave it in there. nice to have options. the wag-aero tow bar also is low cost.
what I was finding is that when I thought I would need a tow bar, I didn't. when I didn't think I would need it, I did. now it's always there, up and out of the way and accessible. when parking at an FBO I sometimes throw the bar under the plane in case they need to move it. many times they don't have bars for RVs. put your name or aircraft number on the bar.
