Just wanted to give a double thumbs up to Phil at QT. A while back, I had a minor glitch with my years-out-of-warranty Halos. Drove them over to QT (local for me) and Phil updated them on the spot. No charge.

Yesterday, my wife discovered a minor glitch with her pair (also long out of warranty). Gave him a call this morning; he said bring 'em over. We were up and running again in no time; again, no charge.

That mirrors my experience with Phil also. In a careless moment I ripped the wires out of the control box. He would not charge me for the repair or the return express mail postage. I mailed him a postage check anyway. It was significant postage, around $10.
